The other day I was reading the August issue of Mojo Magazine and came across an article on Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age. They mention 3 of Josh Homme’s finest albums and one of them is The Desert Sessions Vol 9 and 10. I was super surprised to see this album even mentioned, because no major magazines really ever talk about the Desert Sessions.
The Desert Sessions, all of them, feature some of Josh Homme’s best work (and weirdest). “Crawl Home” is a great track featuring PJ Harvey and it’s also super cool that there’s a music video for it. Check it out and when you get a chance, check out the Desert Sessions albums.
